At Soham Seva Sansthan, we believe that knowledge is the first step toward independence. With this belief, we regularly organize Skill Development and Career Counselling Workshops to empower youth, women, and underserved communities with the tools they need to build better futures.

These workshops are more than just sessions — they are gateways to opportunity. Many individuals from underprivileged backgrounds lack access to career guidance, training, or even the confidence to dream big. Through our structured, hands-on workshops, we aim to bridge that gap.

Participants are taught practical skills such as:

Basic computer literacy and internet usage
Sewing and tailoring for self-employment
Spoken English and personality development
Resume writing and job interview preparation
Entrepreneurship and financial literacy

Each session is led by experienced trainers and industry professionals who offer both knowledge and mentorship. The goal is not just to educate, but to ignite self-belief and help individuals recognize their true potential.
